At Companion Protect, I work across the organization to translate business goals into thoughtful, engaging brand experiences—from customer communications and lifecycle campaigns to social content, internal initiatives, and partner-facing creative.
With a small creative team and limited resources, I’ve had the opportunity to work across nearly every part of the brand. I develop concepts, write copy, design campaigns, build visual systems, create illustrations, and often take projects from idea to final execution.
My role sits at the intersection of strategy and craft: understanding what we need to communicate, finding the right story, and figuring out how to make it feel distinctly Companion Protect.
Social media has been one of my favorite places to bring personality into the Companion Protect brand. I developed content calendars, wrote copy, created original artwork, and managed posts from concept through publication.
I especially enjoyed finding ways to make pet insurance feel less transactional and more connected to the people and pets behind the policy—using education, seasonal moments, humor, and approachable language to create content that felt genuinely pet-friendly.
I created a series of illustrated posters to announce and visually reinforce Companion Protect’s company values. Each value was given its own visual treatment, using original illustration and playful messaging to make abstract ideas like teamwork, integrity, and compassion feel approachable and memorable.
The series was designed for an internal environment, but I approached it with the same attention to visual consistency and storytelling I bring to customer-facing work.
I created two years of holiday cards for Companion Protect, developing original illustrated artwork that brought the brand’s personality into a seasonal moment.
I’ve also created branded identities for internal initiatives and new Companion Protect programs, including The Scoop, our employee newsletter, and Companion Connect, our new service platform.
These projects gave me an opportunity to think beyond individual assets and consider how a new initiative could have its own personality while still feeling unmistakably connected to the Companion Protect brand.
